Quick snack on the go with two seeds and two berries

Healthy snacking is fundamental to keep the levels of energy and blood sugar steady. Choosing healthy snacks are easy. Strip the ingredients of additives, go back to basics and you instantly have an infinite combinations of snacks that you can take with you wherever you go. Here is one:

You will need:
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
dried wild blueberries
dried goji berries

Mix the seeds and berries in a proportions to your liking. I prefer the dominion of pumpkin seeds and the rest of the ingredients like a treat only.

Tips: Make sure that the seeds and berries are additive-free.
