Always crispy, always fresh
Home-made tomato sauce from last week was sitting in the refrigerator. It is good for pasta sauce as well but when it comes to Italian night in nothing beats the pizza. It is much more fun to prepare and to eat than pasta, especially with a toddler around.
For making the pizza dough and the tomato sauce from scratch please follow the links.
The toppings this time are:
- Pizza with Parma ham Italian riserva prosciutto crudo (preservative free, like Unearthed), red onion, pointed sweet red peppers, cooked quail's egg.
- Pizza with quail's egg and veggies courgette, pointed sweet red pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes and cooked quail's egg.
Tips: Cut into strips for little hands to enjoy and feed themselves.
Allergy: Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Yeast.
