Blueberry and banana porridge (GF, DF, SF, V+)

Good morning, Morning!

You will need:
75 g gluten-free porridge oats
3 cups of filtered water
1 heaped tbsp creamed coconut
1 ripe banana
75 g fresh blueberry
1 tbsp linseed
1 tsp chia seed

1. Bring the oats and water to boil. Add the creamed coconut, reduce to simmer and cook for 8 to 10 mins.
2. Slice the banana and halve the blueberries.
3. Take the porridge off the heat, add most of the banana slices and blueberry halves and gently fold them in.
4. Serve porridge into bowl(s), scatter over the remaining fruit, sprinkle with ground linseed and chia mix. Enjoy!
