Mustard dip (GF, V)

Silky mustard dip for your veg

You will need:
1 scant tbsp Dijon mustard*
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp acacia honey

Whisk all the ingredients together and serve. Enjoy!

Allergy: Mustard. No gluten. No dairy. No egg. No nut.

Tips: Serve with your favourite veg, raw or cooked. Crunchy lettuce hearts, steamed tenderstem broccoli and asparagus was my choice for this lovely snack. Great as a snack, appetizer and superb party food.

* Biona Organic Dijon Mustard INGREDIENTS: Water, Mustard Seeds, White Vinegar, Seasalt, Honey, Turmeric, Fennel, Coriander Seeds.
