Hemp and banana smoothie (GF, V+)

Banana smoothie with a touch of extra protein

You will need (for two):
500 ml hemp milk
2 ripe bananas (with brown spots on their skin)
2 Medjool dates
2 heaped tbsp hulled hemp seeds
pinch of ground cinnamon

extra hemp seeds for serving

1. Pit the dates and slice the bananas, put them in a tall glass container.
2. Add hemp milk, hemp seeds and cinnamon and blend it with a hand held blender for 2 to 3 mins until foamy.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with more hemp seeds. Enjoy!

Tips: This smoothie is a great breakfast companion or mid morning / mid afternoon snack to keep you going.
