Peppers and onions and lots of colour
You will need:
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 yellow onion
1 red onion
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
Heat the wok. When hot add oil, both onion and pepper slices. Toss with two wooden spatula for 3 to for minutes. Take the wok off the heat, season with a few drops of sesame oil. Done. Serve hot. Enjoy!
Allergy: Sesame. No gluten. No dairy. No egg. No soya.
