I look forward to seeing your AIP recipes. I was a real foodie before my Hashimotos affected my health, but I still want to eat yummy tasty food that my friends and family can eat too.
I too went to the Half Door restaurant in Dingle last year and the fish chowder is something my husband and I still talk about. I can't wait to try your recipe but what if I wanted the cream base.. do you have any modifications to make it just like the Half Door recipe? Thank you
Hi there fellow Dingle and Half Door and fish chowder lover! I am happy to heat that the chowder in Dingle still rocks. To make it just like the Half Door recipe I would need to break in and steal the chef or sneak in a steal the recipe or make myself invisible and witness how it's made or just go there and ask for a job in the kitchen. The latter would be good, hah. Enough teasing you, try this one: http://konyhatunder.blogspot.co.uk/2011/07/fish-chowder.html
Yes, please bring on the AIP!!! Coconut free options too if you have them! Lots of us can't tolerate coconut (except the oil, which doesn't have the problematic protein according to my doc). Looking forward to trying out the nomato sauce
