Easy stir-fry noodles with rainbow coloured veg

The perfect second course to any lentil soup. Colourful veg (yellow cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, red pepper, courgette) quickly fried and seasoned with garlic, ginger and soy-replacement coconut aminos.
