Gingery carrot juice (GAPS)

Invigorating morning juice - sip the sunshine

You will need:
2 young carrots
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1 tbsp honey
2 glasses of still mineral water

1. Peel and slice the carrots.
2. Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, no carrot pieces.
3. Serve. Enjoy!

Tips: Pour through a sieve if you want no pulp in your juice.
