Chili and lime cantaloupe melon (GAPS)

Sweet and sour melon balls with a good pinch of fire

You will need (feeds 2 to 4):
1 ripe cantaloupe melon
1/4 lime per person
1 tsp honey per person
dried chili flakes, to taste

1. Wash then cut the melon in half. Discard the seeds.
2. With a melon baller carve the flesh out.
3. Put the melon balls into bowls, drizzle with honey, squeeze a quarter of lime on top, finally sprinkle with dried chili flakes. Enjoy!

For VEGAN option: Replace the honey with maple syrup.
