Fish still rocks for breakfast
I love the simplicity of this steamed breakfast. There is nothing easier, nothing more simple, nothing lighter than steamed fish with steamed veg for breakfast (or lunch, or dinner for that matter). Ready well under 15 mins.
You will need (per person):
1 salmon fillet, frozen or fresh
150-170 g carrots, frozen or fresh
2 to 3 tbsp finely chopped onion greens
2 tbsp olive oil
1. Steam the fish and the carrots separately.
2. Serve them onto a plate, sprinkle with the chopped onions and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
Tip: Steaming time will vary depending on using fresh or frozen produce, and on thickness of the fish fillet and carrot batons.
