Mango smoothie (AIP)

You will need (serves 2):
1 large ripe banana (brown spots, no green ends)
1 ripe medium mango
1/2 lime
1 cm fresh ginger root
240 ml still mineral water or coconut water

1. Peel the ginger and thinly slice. Cut the mango in half, discard the large seed, quarter the flesh and peel off he skin. Peel the banana.
2. Pit the prepared mango and banana into a blender, add the ginger and squeeze the lime. Add the still mineral water (or coconut water). Pulse for a few seconds then blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
3. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!
