Steamed breakfast (AIP)

Fish and veg

Mackerel is still my favourite protein source for breakfast. I have recently started to steam my fish instead of poaching or cooking it in some water. Steaming keeps it light. I have served this mackerel with (separately) steamed veg and drizzled them generously with olive oil on my plate. Bon appetit!
