Feta and olives savoury crêpes

Thin crêpes filled Mediterranean style

Bored with sweet fillings? Try this savoury version for breakfast or for light dinner to tease your taste buds.

Crêpes made with wheat flour (for ingredients and instruction please click here), and filled with:
Greek feta cheese
Kalamata olives
cherry tomatoes
red onion and
spring onions

Add a squeeze of lemon juice and drizzle of olive oil for extra flavour.
