Jellied orange juice, the coolest winter snack

OJ season is here. Love freshly squeezed orange juice? Take it a step further and have it jellied for the sake of health in this winter.

You will need (makes 30):
2 oranges
1 generous tbsp unflavoured gelatin powder
50 to 75 ml filtered water
1/2 tsp vitamin C powder (Magnesium Ascorbate)

1. Squeeze the oranges. Pour it through a sieve to catch some of the bits.
2. Bring the water to boil. Take it off the heat, add the gelatin powder and dissolve it.
3. Let it cool back to room temperature. Add the OJ then the vitamin C powder. Stir to dissolve.
4. Fill two trays of silicone chocolate mould with the mixed OJ, and put them into the refrigerator for a few hours or until the jelly is set. Pop the jelly bites out. Enjoy!

Tip: For VEGANS use algae (agar-agar or carrageen) instead of gelatin.
