Naked nuts and seeds in warming butter coating

Winter is about staying warm. Add butter to nuts and seeds with a good pinch of coarse Himalayan rock salt and you are good to go to watch a soul warming movie from under your cosy knitted throw.

You will need:
1 cup mixed nuts and seeds:
almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
50 to 75 g butter, unsalted
a good pinch of coarse Himalayan rock salt

1. In a large pan melt the butter, and bring to medium hot.
2. Add the nut and seed mix and toss with a wooden spatula for about 3 to 4 mins or until the nuts are light brown.
3. With a slotted spoon transfer you nuts into a sieve over a bowl. Shake and stir to let the extra butter to drip.
4. Sprinkle with some coarse Himalayan rock salt, then let it cool down to room temperature. Serve. Share. Enjoy!
