Fish rocks for breakfast. Not a breakfast fish person? No problem, you can also have this dish for lunch or for dinner. Easy and quick, and absolutely delicious while being a super simple breakfast idea.
You will need (per person):
1 haddock fillet
2 cups of chopped black kale (cavolo nero)
1/2 avocado, ripe and creamy
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Pull the kale leaves off the stem and tear them into smaller pieces or chop with a knife, then steam for about 6 to 8 mins.
2. Poach the fish fillet.
3. To serve: Make a kale nest in the middle of a plate. Add the ghee and let it melt on the hot kale. Place the fish on top. Add the avocado quarters to the side and drizzle with some olive oil. Enjoy!
