Fruit bites (vegan)

1, 2, 3, 4, no more. Four ingredients!

Keep it simple. Fruit and nut. Not just any nut, ALMONDS! I like them a lot. I also like prunes, figs and apricots, and I like these unsulphured.

You will need (makes 20 bite sized balls):
60 g soft prunes
75 g soft figs
100 g soft apricots
150 g ground almonds

1. Put the prunes, figs and apricots in a chopper and make a paste like dough. Don't make it too smooth.
2. Take the fruit dough into a bowl, add the almond flour and mix the two together.
3. Form bite sized balls between your palms. Ready to serve. Enjoy!

Allergy: nut. No gluten. No egg. No dairy. No added sugar (but still high in natural sugars).
