Whole cooked lobster (GAPS, PALEO)

Cooked lobster served with buttered broccoli

This year we have decided to try lobster for Christmas. It was the easiest meal on the menu. I have bought plain, unseasoned whole cooked lobster, with 100% lobster ingredient.

For a lobster feast you will need:
1 large lobster, cooked
1 head of broccoli
2-3 tbsp butter
fresh parsley and
few lemon wedges, to serve

1. Beak the broccoli into florets and steam for about 5 to 6 mins. Arrange the hot broccoli on a serving boat and drizzle with melted butter.
2. Put the lobster in a preheated oven and warm it up on 200 C for 4 to 5 mins. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley leaves.
3. Split the tail, crack the claws, and squeeze some lemon juice on the flesh. Enjoy!

[i] The most common way of killing a lobster is by placing it LIVE in boiling water.
Not sure I would eat animal flesh if I would have to do the killing.
