Festive menu for Christmas 2015, GAPS-legal, also PALEO

This year our Christmas feast was prepared according to GAPS: no grains, no starch, no sugar. Being on GAPS for six months gave me enough experience to carry out a task smoothly. I have GAPSised traditional Christmas foods like the family's favourite Christmas mushroom soup and the classic English Christmas pudding and mince pies. The cold meat board was loaded with GAPS/PALEO bites. It was a feast indeed!

Here is my Christmas menu for this year:

Cold meat board with lamb and veg meatloaf, roasted leg of pork, jamón Ibérico, smoked salmon, cranberry sauce, avocado, olives, capers and walnut crackers
Christmas beetroot salad
Christmas mushroom soup with lamb meatballs and sauerkraut
Whole cooked lobster with steamed broccoli
Mince pies and Christmas pudding with date butter
