Venison bites

Oven baked venison fingers

The recipe and preparation is the same as the Lamb & venison bites. I omitted the lamb and used only minced venison, replaced the parsley with coriander (cilanto), and the dried cranberries with sultana raisins. Instead of shaping them round I shaped them into fingers. Happy nibbling!
