And many more, of course, but these are my favourites (sorry, beetroot). They match the colour of the autumn leaves. Hearth warming shades and tones as if the last drops of the warm sunshine were preserved it them. They are excellent in soups, perfect cooked or baked for main courses, lovely as a snack and deliciously sweet in desserts too.
