Baked apples (SF, V+)

Whole apples in the oven for dessert? Yes, yes, yes!

I love these simple sweets, so easy to prepare, actually no preparation at all, and so delicious to enjoy. Simple yet remarkable, humble yet amazing. To make these delicious, melt-in-the-mouth, soft, sweet, juicy treats...

You will need:
apples (nothing else!)

1. Wash the apples well, put them into an oven proof dish. Pierce here and there with the tip of a fork (for the juice can drain and the skin will not brake).
2. Put the dish to a preheated oven and bake at 180 C for about 20 to 25 mins.
3. Switch off the oven, open the door (oh, that sweet, sweet smell!!) and let the apples cool for 3 to 4 mins (the flesh is very hot!), then ready to serve. Enjoy!
