Gluten-free, nut-free, vegan Gingy Meows
The ginger-chia squirrel biscuits were gone in a flash and there was demand for more. You know me, instead of making the exact same again, I venture beyond the last recipe. It is how the Ginger Teddies developed into Hugging Teddies, then Chia Squirrels. Today adorable plump kittens came out of the oven. I have made the indents on them with a bamboo skewer - stripey legs and tail, nose with whiskers and cute little eyes - used both ends for the purpose.
