Patties and squash (GAPS, AIP)

The no-preparation breakfast!

For this zero-work breakfast I have put frozen patties and leftover roasted squash wedges in the oven to reheat, then I mashed the flesh of the squash with a fork and served with generous amount of sauerkraut. Enjoy!
