Lazy sardine salad (AIP, PALEO)

Quick, easy, delicious

We need some colour in our lives, so on our plates. Here are three – purple, orange, green. How beautiful!

On the plate you see raw vegetables - thinly sliced purple cabbage sprinkled with a little sea salt, grated young carrots, sliced avocados and cucumbers – accompanied by two pieces of sardines with bones (in olive oil, drained). All drizzled with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
