Garlic and olive oil toast

Need more cold-flu hero? Garlic has antiviral properties!

A classic winter warmer - garlic toast. Crispy slice of freshly toasted bread, rubbed with aroma-rich raw garlic, and this time drizzled with olive oil, instead of butter, to make it vegan.

You will need:
wholemeal bread sliced (vegan*)
cloves of garlic
extra virgin olive oil

1. Heat the griddle to medium-low, and toast the bread slices on both sides.
2. Rub generously with raw garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Done!

Enjoy with a cup of hot ginger tea.
