Fresh orange and grapefruit juice

fresh_orange_grapefruit_juice
Another great cold-flu fighter - citrus

- Bits? No bits?
- With bits, please!!

Sweet, sour, tart, bitter, the range of flavours are delicately mixed in this juice. Not too sweet, not too sour, with just a pinch of astringent in it. It is full of goodness, isn't filtered, loaded with fibre. As fresh as it can be!

You will need (per glass):
1 juicy orange
1/2 pink grapefruit

a citrus juicer / squeezer / juice extractor

and nothing else!!

1. Roll the fruit on the table under you palm, apply a bit of pressure, this will make it easier to juice out the fluid.
2. Squeeze (I love my handy citrus squeezer, with a reservoir beneath the spike, handle and spout for easy pouring) out both citrus fruits, give it a stir, pour and ENJOY!
