To roll or to fold?

Gluten- and dairy-free buckwheat crêpes, AGAIN

Late night lace-thin pancakes made from buckwheat flour without cow's milk. Using up the eggs is not an issue in our house. The issue is standing one hour and twenty minutes next to the stove to make a stack of 32 pancakes what gets devoured in a blink of an eye. Still worth it though. Happy faces, full tummies, lovely smelling kitchen, cravings satisfied, Pancake Day ticked.

This year I put the cinnamon into the batter and served the sweet-smelling pancakes with Daylesford Organic Plum Compote (Ingredients: Plums 88%, Cane Sugar 12%). Golden, thin, crispy edged.

Simple, delicious, no gluten, no dairy.
