Watermelon with mint leaves (AIP)

Classic summer treat - juicy watermelon

On hot summer days a cool slice of juicy watermelon is a real treat. The weather is far from hot around here but a dewy watermelon (seasoned with fresh mint leaves) is a feast on its own.

You will need:
fresh mint leaves

1. Rinse the watermelon, pat the skin dry and slice into wedges, to your preference thick or thin.
2. Serve onto a plate and sprinkle with fresh mint leaves. Share and enjoy!
