It is all about the veg
Let see, there is raw lettuce drizzled with olive oil, softened spinach (nothing added, just washed, drained and softened in a pan under the lid on low heat), fried courgette slices (in a little coconut oil) and steamed tenderstem broccoli with a plain roasted chicken wing.
Tip: Leftover wings are perfect for breakfast.
