Summer without ice cream is like a summer without fun
Here is a super simple frozen treat for you to enjoy even on the AIP.
You will need only three ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, frozen
150 g blueberries, frozen
1 cm fresh ginger root
1. Put the frozen bananas and blueberries in a mixer (it should handle ice easily) and pulse until the fruits are crushed.
2. Add the peeled and finely grated ginger and mix for 20 to 30 more seconds until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve immediately. Share and enjoy!
