Minted elderflower lemonade (AIP)

Refreshing, citrusy elderflower with fresh mint

You will need (per glass):
a splash of elderflower infusion
1/3 or 1/2 of a lemon
1/2 tsp honey
fresh mint leaves, to taste

1. Add a splash of elderflower infusion (about half an inch) into the bottom of the glasses.
2. Add the honey, the freshly squeezed lemon and the fresh mint leaves and crush them with a wooden pestle to infuse the two with the mint.
3. Fill up the glasses with still mineral water. Ready to serve. Enjoy!

Tip: Ginger-lime elderflower cordial (AIP)
