Rich and creamy smoothie with seasonal stone fruits
You will need (serves 2 to 3):
1 large ripe banana (yellow skin with brown spots, no green ends)
2 or 3 fresh coconut fingers
3 apricots
1 peach
juice of a 1/2 lime
200 to 250 ml still mineral water or coconut water
1. Peel the banana and cut into chunks, roughly chop the fresh coconut, pit the apricots and the peach (peel the peach) and cut into chunks, juice the lime.
2. Put all the prepared ingredients into the blender and pulse for a few seconds then blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
3. Pour into glasses, serve, share and enjoy!
