Energy bites with dried fruit, nuts and seeds
You will need (makes 22 bites):
115 g soft dried figs (like Crazy Jack)
55 g soft dried apricots (no sulfur!! like Crazy Jack)
35 g soft prunes (like Crazy Jack)
90 g ground almonds
35 g hulled hemp seeds
pinch of ground cinnamon
45 g hulled hemp seeds, to roll
2. Put fruit paste into a mixing bowl, add ground almonds, hulled hemp seeds and ground cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
3. Use a table spoon to help you measure out the amount you need for a ball. Scrape the top of the spoon onto the wall of your mixing bowl. This way you will get bites with the same size. Form measured out dough into ball between your palms. Use up all the dough.
4. Roll each ball into hulled hemp seeds.
5. Eat them straight away (careful, high in natural sugars!) or store them in a refrigerator in a glass container with a tight lid. Enjoy!
