Beetroot and ginger smoothie

Good morning, sunshine! Reviving raw beetroot drink.

You will need:
1 young beetroot (bunched)
2 young carrots (bunched)
0.5 cm fresh ginger root
2 cups cubed watermelon

1. Peel the carrots and the beetroot, slice them up.
2. Remove the seeds of the watermelon, and cut into cubes.
3. Peel the ginger.
4. Put all the ingredients in a blender (with a powerful motor), and blend (on pulse setting first) until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Tips: Pour through a sieve if you want just the juice. You can replace the watermelon with fresh coconut water.
