Baked whole sea bass
Baked whole sea bass with lemon, ginger & parsley

You will need:
a sea bass, whole
a small bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
fresh ginger
2-3 cloves of garlic
few slices of lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper
some olive oil

Wash the sea bass and dry with a paper towel. Stuff the cavity with the garlic, ginger, parsley and lemon. Lay the fish in a lidded pyrex. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the lid on and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 to 45 mins (depending on the size of the fish). When ready, take it out and let is stand for 5 mins. Enjoy!
