So green, so good!
You will need (serves 2 to 3):
a good handful of chopped curly kale
a good handful of young spinach leaves
1 ridge cucumber, peeled with some skin left on
1 celery stick
1 green apple
a good splash of raw young coconut water
1. Quarter the apple and remove the core and pips. Squeeze out the lime juice. Peel the thicker skin off of the cucumber (you can peel off all or you can leave all on).
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them into a smooth, thick drink. Enjoy!
