Liquid salad
You will need (serves 2 to 3):
5 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 ridge cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
a good handful of lamb's lettuce
1 pear
1 celery stick
1 cm fresh, juicy ginger
juice of 1/2 lemon
a good splash of still mineral water
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a gorgeous green smoothie. Enjoy!
