Enjoy it as a smoothie or a cold soup!
You will need (serves 2 to 3):
a good handful of watercress
6 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 medium-large avocado, ripe
2 celery sticks
1 cm fresh, juicy ginger
small bunch of coriander leaves (cilantro)
small bunch of flat leaf parsley
a good splash of still mineral water
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel off the skin. Squeeze off the juice of the lemon.
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a liquid soup. Enjoy!
