Leftover chicken liver with steamed broccoli and crunchy raw sauerkraut, a nutritious breakfast with minimal preparations. I have made a double batch of chicken liver last night, just gently fried in coconut oil, then I have wrapped a dozen liver pieces individually into Parma ham and finished them in the oven.
For breakfast I have steamed some broccoli and served with the cold plain liver and the prosciutto-wrapped liver (sliced up), complemented with raw sauerkraut. Enjoy!
