My fridge needed a top up
We eat a lot of beetroots, courgettes, carrots and cauliflowers, cooked, steamed or roasted mostly but tomorrow there is going to be a gingery juice right before breakfast. I am adding crisp lettuce to the raw salad this evening. Apples and oranges are the winter must (still winter, right?), and the Spanish raspberries are the special treats this weekend. I see too much packaging and unfortunately not all of them are recyclable.
The above amount is only a day ration, supplemented with avocados, some broccoli to steam and some squash to roast.
