Mackerel with veg (GAPS, PALEO, AIP)

Fish with steamed, roasted and raw vegetables

Avocado is a vital breakfast item. Smooth and creamy, gives a nice touch to the breakfast plate. Broccoli is the today's green on the plate. Gently steamed to retain the good bits. This is the last piece of roasted crown prince squash, the season is over, see you in the Autumn.
