Mackerel with soft, creamy veg and peppery salad leaves
These fish-breakfasts are super easy and super quick to make. Add a pile of four different veg and your fish is well dressed up for an epic breakfast feast.
Mackerel fillet cooked under the lid with a splash of filtered water. The carrot shavings are softened in butter. The broccoli florets are steamed. The creamy avocado and the peppery wild rocket is raw. Enjoy!
