Fruit salad bowl

A bowl of sweet and juicy winter wonderland

Just because it's winter we do not have to give up the joy of fruits. Blood oranges are in season. This oh-so-juicy fruit is the core of my salad. Enjoy this salad as a breakfast item or as a refreshing snack.

You will need:
1 blood orange
1 Sharon fruit (persimmon)
1 kiwi fruit
1 banana
1 tbsp desiccated coconut

1. Dice the peeled orange, kiwi and persimmon. Mix them gently in a big-enough bowl.
2. Put the fruit salad in a serving bowl. Lay a row of sliced banana in a circle. Sprinkle with coconut and dig in.
